- Please Note: Included with each condominium reservation is a damage waiver fee of 39.00 per stay. With this fee, Destination Resorts Snowmass will waive all claims for accidental damage to the unit and any property originally contained therein, which occurs during the guest stay, up to 3,000.00. There is a specific definition for accidental damage, which is on file in the manager's office for each property.
